Avy 1 For Splitboarders

Want to ride the backcountry wave, but not sure how to get started? Venture is once again teaming up with Silverton Avalanche School - the oldest operating avalanche school in the nation - to offer an Avy Level 1 course tailored specifically for splitboarders. This intensive three day training will not only teach you the key elements of making sound decisions while traveling in avalanche terrain, but will also include how-to sessions for those new to backcountry gear, and special instruction on splitboard traveling techniques.
